Product Description
Produced from the noblest parts, lean and sinew-free, of ham cut even today using knives only. A minimum amount of salt is added, so as to bring out the natural flavour of the meat still more once curing is complete. Spicing is kept to a minimum. The casing is in natural gut, and the curing, also absolutely natural, takes 4-5 weeks. Our recommendation is to serve sliced very thinly.
